nao intelligence is seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to design and operate the infrastructure for its cutting-edge digital products. You will lead scalable deployment pipelines, manage cloud environments, and continuously improve reliability and performance.

You will work in a cross-functional, agile team, ensuring DevOps best practices are embedded early in the lifecycle and shaping internal standards for automation and monitoring.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation (IaC).
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IaC tooling.

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to help us design and operate the infrastructure behind our cutting-edge digital products. As part of a cross-functional, agile team, you'll take the lead in building scalable deployment pipelines, managing cloud environments, and continuously improving the reliability and performance of our systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable delivery of our software .
• You will set up , configure , and manage cloud infrastructure for staging and production environments .
• You will automate deployment , scaling , and recovery processes across services and platforms .
• You will monitor applications and systems to ensure high availability , performance , and security .
• You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that DevOps best practices are embedded early in the development lifecycle .
• You will help shape our internal DevOps standards and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement .
  

Your Profile

You bring solid hands-on experience in CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation.

You’re proficient with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.

You’re confident working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and you know how to design secure and scalable architectures.

You write and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or comparable frameworks.

You're driven by a passion for automation, monitoring, and system reliability—and always look for smarter, cleaner solutions.

You enjoy working collaboratively, take initiative, and feel comfortable taking full ownership of operational workflows.
