Zusammenfassung

AGNTX seeks a DevOps Engineer in Dresden to join a small squad building container-based IT platforms for internal and external teams. You will shape CI/CD pipelines and automate Linux/Windows Server environments while collaborating with developers to embed DevOps in the lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on CI/CD experience with GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins, plus strong German and English communication skills. The position is on-site in Dresden with a competitive package.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification with DevOps/Platform experience.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience with GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.
• Experience automating Linux and Windows Server systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• C1+ German and English, both written and spoken.

THE ROLE

• Join a 4-person DevOps Squad supporting the development of container-based IT platforms for internal teams and customers
• Help establish and maintain container-based customer and development platforms (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
• Create and optimise CI/CD pipelines for software build and deployment automation
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle
• Automate Linux and Windows Server environments

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification, with experience in Platform or DevOps Engineering
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience - GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins
• Experience automating Linux and Windows Server systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented working style
• C1+ German and English (written and spoken) - both required
