The Role

You’ll be part of a collaborative infrastructure team responsible for maintaining and evolving global IT services. This is a hands‑on role combining operations, automation, and modern DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and improving global infrastructure services (servers, storage, networking, virtual environments)
• Ensuring reliable end‑to‑end service delivery across internal systems
• Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for infrastructure‑related issues
• Supporting IT architecture and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating across departments to enhance internal service quality

Your Profile

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar DevOps / Infrastructure role

Strong experience with:

• Automation & scripting (e.g. Ansible, AWX)
• Structured, analytical mindset with a proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
• Fluent German and English (both required)
