Development Engineer for MEMS technology (f/m/div) – TieTalent
The Bosch Sensortec GmbH group is looking to strengthen its MEMS technology development as part of the drive to extend MEMS sensor production to 300mm wafers. We are seeking highly engaged development engineers with a passion for technology and process development.
Responsibilities
- Drive and control innovative technology developments for complex products, including scheduling and acting as a customer interface.
- Implement development goals as part of a team of experts; achieve these goals through collaboration, personal responsibility, and independence.
- Develop wafer processes for manufacturing micromechanical products conceptually and hands-on in clean room and laboratory.
- Evaluate new technologies and materials; perform technical and economic assessments of new processes.
- Coordinate internal interfaces in development and manufacturing; oversee the process from start of development to readiness for series production.
- Collaborate with research institutes for basic development and manage quality assessments and process releases.
Qualifications
- Several years of professional relevant experience or PhD; very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics and semiconductor technology; knowledge of analytical methods beneficial; strong understanding of physical principles and interrelationships.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, material sciences, or a comparable qualification.
