Your role

You will take a leading role within one of our cross-functional project teams, collaborating directly with clients, designers, and strategists.

• Architect and implement sophisticated web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Define and maintain scalable frontend architectures and technical standards
• Translate complex, design-driven concepts into performant, production-ready solutions
• Drive code quality, documentation standards, and engineering best practices
• Take ownership of technical decisions and proactively identify risks and improvements
• Contribute to the development of our internal platform and shared component systems
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and actively foster knowledge sharing within the team
• Act as a technical sparring partner for clients when needed

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade web applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Strong architectural thinking and experience structuring scalable frontend systems
• Deep understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainability
• Proven ability to implement complex, highly interactive, design-driven interfaces
• Experience working in agency or consultancy environments with multiple parallel projects
• Confident communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
• Structured, self-driven, and comfortable taking full ownership of features or systems

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D / WebGL (e.g., Three.js)
• Experience with CMS integrations and headless architectures
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams
