Job description

Join ZeroPhase as our Design & Marketing Intern and take direct ownership of how we show up externally. You will work closely with the founding team to build a consistent corporate visual language, establish a content cadence on LinkedIn, create reusable templates for sales and communications, and develop our website from content to layout. This is not a support role. You will own deliverables from day one, and your work will be visible to customers, partners, and investors.

  • Own the weekly LinkedIn content pipeline: posts, announcements, and company updates
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling content for a defence and technology audience

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Structured, proactive, and able to work independently without a detailed brief.

How the hiring process works
  • Intro call. 30 minutes with our recruiting team. We'll learn about your background, and you'll learn about the mission.
  • Deep dive. A working session with the marketing team on a small design or content brief.
  • Case study, in Munich. A visit to the office to build out a mini creative brief with the team, in person if you can make it or over Teams if you can't.
  • The offer. By now you've likely already met our CEO. This round is where we make it official: fast, transparent, and built around the mission.
