Zusammenfassung

PORR is seeking a Design Manager to coordinate delivery on a major data center construction project. You will oversee design programme, RFIs, design reviews, consultant coordination, subcontractor design, buildability, procurement support, and interface management.

Lead design meetings, align information with procurement, construction, inspection and commissioning. You will manage the design risk register and drive buildability and value engineering, working with CSA/MEP interfaces and

Qualifikationen

• Degree in architecture, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in design coordination or design management.
• Experience in data center, mission-critical, industrial, or MEP-heavy projects preferred.
• Strong CSA/MEP coordination and design deliverables knowledge.
• Experience managing consultants and subcontractor design teams.
• Understanding of construction sequence, procurement requirements, and commissioning constraints.
• Experience with BIM coordination and CDE workflows desirable.
• Fluency in English; German or Polish language skills advantageous.
