Zusammenfassung

Indra Group in Köln sucht eine erfahrene/n Finance Director zur Gesamtverantwortung der Buchhaltung und Finanzberichterstattung. Sie führen das Team durch Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse, Steuervorgaben und Compliance, während Sie eng mit dem Management an Profitabilität und Effizienz arbeiten.

Die Rolle erfordert mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Relevante ERP‑Systemen und Excel‑Fähigkeiten werden vorausgesetzt.

Qualifikationen

• Master‑Abschluss in Finance, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbares.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Financial Controlling, Finanzanalyse oder ähnlicher Funktion.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting.
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse; Spanisch von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel; ERP/Finanzsysteme sind wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Direktverantwortung für alle Buchhaltungsprozesse inkl. Hauptbuch, Kreditoren, Debitoren, Lohnabrechnung, Anlagevermögen und Steuern.
• Sicherstellung zeitnaher, korrekter Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse.
• Leitung gesetzlicher Berichterstattung und Compliance mit relevanten Standards.
• Führung der Monats- und Jahresabschlussprozesse.
• Überwachung der finanziellen Performance und Erstellung von Analysen für das Management.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting.


• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance.


• Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.


• Provide financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Design, implement, and maintain effective internal control systems.


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.


• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.


• Oversee risk management processes relating to financial operations.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.


• Optimize treasury operations and banking relationships.


• Support capital management and financing activities.


• Ensure effective management of financial risks.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting personnel.


• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.


• Present financial results and recommendations to senior management and the board.


• Support mergers, acquisitions, system implementations, and business transformation projects as required.

Ihr Profil

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field


• Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, financial analysis, or a similar role


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting


• Fluent English and German skills (written and spoken); Spanish skills are an advantage


• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/financial systems is preferred
