Required Qualifications and Skills

Native-level proficiency in German (C2 or equivalent) is required, including a strong command of grammar, fluency, and regional usage. Fluency in English is also necessary for understanding instructions and communicating basic reasoning. Professional experience in localization QA, translation/revision, linguistic tasks, or data annotation for AI/ML systems is preferred. Strong analytical skills and the ability to follow structured guidelines and make consistent decisions are essential. A strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across tasks are also important. Familiarity with digital content platforms is a plus.
