About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the station manager and be responsible for on-site operational coordination during a shift.
• Assist drivers in unloading and sorting goods upon their arrival at the station.
• Master the delivery process and monitor the efficiency and quality of driver delivery.
• Be responsible for the daily training and implementation of the driver business system and SOPs, ensuring that all employees are familiar with and grasp the system.
• Collaborate with the customer service team, handle customer inquiries via phone, and monitor the delivery experience guarantee.
