JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a delivery station leader to oversee daily operations, build and train the in-house team and ensure 6S standards at the station in Ingolstadt. You will onboard DSP suppliers, evaluate service provider performance, and manage external relationships including landlords and government interfaces.

• Build the in-house delivery station team, dynamically adjust the personnel structure, and provide training and empowerment for delivery station supervisors.
• Be responsible for the onboarding, assessment and experience management of DSP suppliers at the station, and evaluate and provide feedback on service provider iteration suggestions.
• Take charge of the daily standardized 6S management of the station to ensure that the office and operation environment meet the company’s requirements.
• Formulate periodic optimization strategies based on various station performance metrics such as delivery success rate and re-delivery rate.
• Manage the daily external relationship maintenance and exception handling of the station (including interactions with landlords, property management and relevant government departments).
• Handle and report operation-related abnormalities in a timely manner.
