Zusammenfassung

1KOMMA5° sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Projektmanager/in zur Koordination der Heizpumpen-Integration und Optimierungs-Roadmap im Heartbeat Tech Umfeld. Sie steuern das Integrations-Team, pflegen Partnernetzwerke und erstellen Anforderungen für Software und Hardware.

Sie arbeiten eng mit lokalen und internationalen Teams zusammen, analysieren Ursachen, sichern Systemstabilität und treiben Innovationsinitiativen voran, um Heat-Pump-Lösungen marktführend zu gestalten.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer technischer Projekte, Hardware und Software.
• Gute Kenntnis von Protokollen wie Modbus und EEBUS sowie deren Schnittstellen.
• Bereitschaft, Ursachenanalysen durchzuführen und Lösungen kritisch zu hinterfragen.
• Starke Dokumentationsfähigkeiten und Wissensmanagement über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg.
• Interesse an innovativen Energie-Marktlösungen und deren Umsetzung.

Deine Position

As part of a cross-functional team in the Heartbeat Tech domain, you will focus on coordinating our heat pump integration and optimization roadmap end to end to build the best heat pump experience in the market. You will focus on coordinating our Integrations Team, managing our partner network, drafting requirements for their software and hardware solutions, and engaging in root cause analyses to provide a high platform stability. You will ensure the best is yet to come when it comes to heat pumps

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordination: Have an overarching view of all heat pump optimization topics and how they fit into the overall Heartbeat technology stack. Track and report all workstreams upwards and downwards and ensure alignment with workstreams from other teams.
• Project Management: Take an active role in supporting the software delivery process, focusing on rolling out heat pump optimization solutions and gathering requirements. Ensure smooth coordination with local and international teams to address individual market needs and work directly with heat pump OEMs around their interfaces.
• Technical Contribution: Drive the definition, implementation, evaluation, deployment, and enhancement of heat pump optimization solutions for complex problems. Promote best practices and maintain high technical standards while thinking critically on what could be done better.
• Innovation Initiatives: Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve our products and processes. Drive these initiatives together with internal and external stakeholders towards rapid execution to manifest 1KOMMA5°'s leading role in the market.
• Act as a point of contact for our heat pump OEM partners, supporting efforts to adapt and integrate their solutions with our systems and ensure that things are always running smoothly for our customers.

Dein Profil

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects that span the intersection of hardware and software products
• Broad knowledge of various communication protocols typical for the renewable energy and HVAC markets like Modbus, EEBUS, etc.
• Excitement to perform root cause analyses for existing issues, diving deep into the technical implementation of specific heat pump integrations
• Passion for maintaining a well-documented knowledge base to share information across the organisation and engage with senior leaders
• Experience or highly passionate about building innovative energy market solutions that challenge the status quo and usher in a new era of affordable and renewable energy for everyone
• Fun in solving technical challenges together with internal and external partners while owning the project execution and communicating in an effective manner
• An agile and product-oriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player
• Very strong written and spoken English and German skills

Bonus points for:

• Experience with EEBUS and Modbus TCP hardware integration
• Experience with field installations of heat pumps
• Experience building software products specifically for heat pumps
