The Delivery Lead role is a key role within TEKsystems Global Service’s (TGS) organization and functions in the execution of day-to-day activities in support of multiple customer engagements. A successful Delivery Lead possesses strong collaboration and partnership skills for supporting processes and technologies that assist in driving successful outcomes. They are proactive and follow leadership guidance. This role may require domestic and international travel from time to time.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Plans & Aligns : Understands customer expectations, project vision, SoW / MSA deliverables, and technical requirements for the work to be delivered.
- Customer Focus : Maintains strong customer relationships and satisfaction. Manages customer requirements to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction.
- Consultant Care : Builds strong relationships with consultants, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Coordinates consultant onboarding / offboarding and performance tracking.
- Ensures Accountability : Conducts regular checkpoints with customers, engagement teams, and solutions teams. Works independently with general supervision.
- Documentation : Documents and communicates processes and procedures to all stakeholders. Supports knowledge management and change control processes.
- Manages Ambiguity : Collaborates with team members to manage risk, engagement scope, and deliver according to contract terms.
- Engagement and Financial Reporting : Monitoring project status, preparing monthly service review report for senior management and clients. Consolidates engagement status and budget information across portfolios. Supports internal processes for time, expenses, and invoicing.
- Risk / Issue Resolution : Manages issues and drives facilitating resolutions, notifying all affected parties.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder management : Work with cross functional teams to manage risks, scope, and contractual obligations. Providing regular updates to internal / external stakeholders on engagement progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Business development : Identifying opportunities and collaborating with sales / practice partners for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, contributing to organic business growth.

Required Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
- 2+ years of related experience in IT.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and German (native speaking or equivalent) is a must; Spanish or French a plus).

Preferred Experience :
- Experience in the IT Professional Services industry.
- Methodologies : Exposure to Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP.
- Certifications : PMP and / or IAOP (Outsourcing Professional), Scrum Master certification.
- AWS, Azure or GCP Certifications is a plus
- Experience in working with the main cloud providers i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP or other hosting solutions is a plus
