Zusammenfassung

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced CPM to support customers in Germany. This role requires a local candidate due to the absence of visa support. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between customers and teams, supporting project delivery, and ensuring effective communication. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years in project management with telecom networks experience preferred, and must be fluent in both German and English.

Qualifikationen

  • 10 years of project management experience in electronic/electrical systems deployment.
  • Experience in telecom networks rollout is a merit.
  • Demonstrated experience with multistakeholder project delivery.

Aufgaben

  • Act as primary liaison between the customer and client's teams.
  • Support customer optimization of project delivery planning.
  • Monitor and report on solution deployment planning.

Jobbeschreibung

My client is looking for an Experienced CPM to support its customers based in Germany, this role is for a Local or someone already residing in Germany as a resident. Role is to start asap and you can be based in anywhere in Germany, will be required to visit customer sites and as when required. Unfortunately we cannot support any Visas .

  • Acting as an in-country representative supporting customer in delivery of BESS rollout and operational procedures
  • Working closely with customer stakeholders confirming deployment project procedures and capacity from site engineering through to BESS products in service
  • Supporting customer operations technical skills development and coordination in delivery of BESS corrective and preventative maintenance services
Tasks and recurring activities
  • Act as primary liaison between the customer and my client's teams
  • Active role in customer projects delivery operations
  • Support customer optimization of project delivery planning and procedures
  • Monitor and report on solution deployment planning and progress towards client
  • Active risk identification and management process delivery towards all stakeholders
  • Support optimization of solution deployment procedures with feedback into the my clients teams
  • Support customer in establishing their corrective and preventative maintenance operations
Qualifications and experience needed for the role
  • 10 year’s project management experience in electronic / electrical systems deployment into service
  • Telecom networks roll-out or services related experience a merit
  • German and English language ability required
  • Demonstrated experience with multistakeholder project delivery process development & delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiatives and develop a team
  • A methodical and structured approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
