We are seeking an experienced Data Center Manager to lead and manage a large, well-known data center site in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operational management of the site, including oversight of a team comprising Team Leads and technicians.

This role demands strong leadership in both strategic and operational maintenance of data center facilities, ensuring high availability and service excellence.

Key responsibilities include managing the site’s employees, services, and subcontractors, as well as owning the P&L, budgets, and subcontractor costs.

The role requires extensive customer engagement, acting as the primary interface for client relationships and ensuring service delivery aligns with customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the data centre sector, with strong experience in P&L management and reporting.

Fluency in both English and German is essential and non-negotiable.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of operational expertise and strategic vision to drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction within a mission-critical environment.
