Your Tasks

As a Databricks Expert, you will help clients design and implement modern data architectures, working on strategic transformation programs and hands‑on delivery. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project groups to unlock the full potential of Databricks and drive business success.

Your area of responsibility includes :

• Strategic Advisory & Architecture – Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms
• Implementation & Development – Build data pipelines, models, and integrations leveraging Databricks and associated technologies
• Project Execution – Support data transformation and migration initiatives in the insurance and financial services sectors
• Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing – Establish Databricks best practices, contribute to pre‑sales efforts, proposals, and internal training

Your Profile

• Proven hands‑on expertise in Databricks, gained through client projects or internal data initiatives
• Strong knowledge of modern data architectures (Delta Lake, Data Mesh, MDM), data modelling, and cloud‑based platforms
• Experience with ETL / ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Azure Data Factory), Python and pySpark
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) – practical project experience is a plus
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions – and vice versa
• Fluency in German and English
• Proactive mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to shape and grow our Data & AI offerings
