Solita is launching the Databricks Champion Path in Germany to grow experienced data and AI professionals into senior experts who lead Databricks-centric projects. You will work closely with Databricks experts and architects, receive coaching, and contribute to strategic customer discussions, while building your expert profile in the German market.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English.

• Execute Databricks-centric projects with senior guidance, not side tasks.

Who is this role for and what do we expect?

We are looking for experienced Databricks professionals who already have strong hands‑on experience delivering Databricks-based data, analytics, ML or AI solutions.

Your background could be in data engineering, data architecture, AI architecture, ML engineering, analytics engineering, data science, or senior data consulting.

Above all, youare someone who wants to:

• deepen your Databricksexpertiseeven further

• contribute as a senior expert in impactful client projects

• help customers connect Databricks to strategic business problems

• build your own expert profile in the market

We expect that you have:

• solidproduction-grade Databricks experience in data, analytics, ML or AI solutions

• hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud environments

• ability to explain technical decisions in business language

• interest in sharing knowledge and developing together

• curiosity, ambition, and a desire to grow to the top of your field

• fluent German and English
