Optimus Search is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Developer to design, implement and maintain robust Oracle databases. You will write PL/SQL packages, procedures and triggers to support critical business systems.

Collaborate with developers to optimize data models, ensure high availability, and oversee backups, migrations, and security practices. Fluent German and English are required.

• 3+ years of professional Oracle database development experience.
• Expertise in PL/SQL, architecture design, and query tuning.
• Strong foundation in Oracle DB administration and security protocols.

• Integrate & Collaborate: Partner closely with our development team on complex client/server architectures and query optimization.


• Maintain & Protect: Oversee troubleshooting, backup/recovery strategies, and smooth database migrations.

Your profile:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Oracle database development.


• Deep expertise in PL/SQL programming, architecture design, and query performance tuning.


• Solid foundational skills in Oracle database administration and security protocols.


• Fluent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.


• Nice-to-have: Working familiarity with the Microsoft .NET development ecosystem.
