Since 2011, we have already trained over 15,000 people worldwide in the areas of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning at our statworx AI Academy. From small training units & entry-level programs to long-term and global training concepts and data culture initiatives for our customers in the DAX environment, we offer a diverse and tailor‑made portfolio. Our aim is to always have an eye on the latest trends (currently including Generative AI, Large Language Models and Data Culture) and to constantly develop our training methods. We are currently looking to expand our team and training offerings.
Your tasks
- You independently design and deliver training and enablement projects for enterprise clients, covering topics such as Data Literacy, Data Culture, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, LLMs, and related areas
- You deliver trainings and training programs in a corporate learning environment — primarily virtually, with occasional on‑site sessions (approximately 20%)
- You design and create both theoretical and hands‑on training units, including interactive exercises and practical examples using Python, Shell, and no‑code/low‑code environments
- You advise clients as part of Data Culture initiatives and support Communities of Practice and learning communities.
- You review existing training materials and continuously enhance them in terms of content and technical quality
- You actively contribute to internal initiatives such as hackathons, blog posts, and formats for internal knowledge sharing and capability building
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a Master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Statistics, Business Informatics, Social or Political Sciences, or a comparable field
- You have already gained hands‑on experience in Data Science projects — ideally in a corporate or consulting environment
- You have a strong talent for breaking down complex technical topics and communicating them in a clear, engaging, and interactive way
- You bring strong knowledge of Data Science methods and practical experience with at least one relevant programming language (e.g. Python or R)
- Ideally, you have experience working with agile methodologies (especially Scrum) and digital transformation projects
- You communicate confidently and convincingly and are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken, C2 level)
- You work in a reliable, structured, and thorough manner and see yourself as a true team player
- You enjoy occasional travel to client locations within Europe
