Qualifikationen

• A degree (or pursuing one) in a quantitative or business-related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with MLOps tools a plus.
• Experience in Data Science through internships, academic projects, or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to present complex data simply.
• Proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience in startups or credit risk underwriting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the team in analyzing large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Write and optimize production SQL against our data warehouse to power analyses and model features.
• Contribute to the development, improvement, and monitoring of credit risk models used for underwriting and portfolio management.
• Build out our MLOps foundations across experiment tracking, pipelines, and internal tooling so that models ship and run reliably.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to the team and leadership to inform decisions.
