Sun Express A.S. seeks an Informatiker/in to define and lead the commercial data and insight strategy for Commercial BI, Customer Intelligence, and Distribution & System Support in Frankfurt.

The role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights, building self-service analytics, and ensuring data quality across commercial functions. You will oversee PSS configurations, drive automation, monitor KPIs, and lead lean, agile improvements while collaborating across IT and business units.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in airline commercial, business intelligence, or data analytics functions.
• Strong understanding of commercial data, reporting, and business performance management.
• Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., QlikSense), advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
• General understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and data architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with AI-powered no-code/low-code solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
