All Your BI is a remote-first data agency based in Rotterdam. Since 2019, it has grown from a boutique consultancy into an international data team of more than 60 people across Europe. The company delivers managed BI services for logistics and industrial companies, helping reduce data waste and move businesses forward.

• Build and own the Azure data platforms used by client accounts, including SQL Server, Databricks, and end-to-end pipelines
• Design maintainable data models using Kimball dimensional modelling where appropriate
• Challenge requirements that do not add up and propose better alternatives
• Turn messy, complex data problems into solutions that clients and the team can follow
• Consider how the work changes outcomes for the client, not only the ticket being handled.

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer designing, building, and maintaining scalable, reliable data platforms and pipelines in production environments
• Hands-on experience across the Azure stack, including SQL Server and Databricks
• Ability to build data platforms, not just connect components
• Strong knowledge of Kimball dimensional modelling
• Focus on business impact, not only delivered code
• Ability to explain genuinely complex topics to teammates and non-technical clients without relying on translation
• Honest and constructive communication style, with the ability to challenge unclear ideas and offer alternatives
• At least one role held long enough to deliver a real outcome
• Recent evidence of continued learning, such as a new tool, certification, or self-directed idea
• Nice to have: formal IT education, solid software-engineering foundations, functional and object-oriented programming, Data Vault, logistics or industrial data experience, Dutch.
