• Kundenanfragen Remote-Hands bearbeiten
• Regelmäßige Inspektionsrunden der technischen Infrastruktur
• Fehlerdiagnose und Behebung im Live-Betrieb
• Teilnahme an Bereitschafts- und Notdienstschichten

This opportunity is ideal for an electrically trained technician looking to take ownership of live data centre infrastructure in a hands-on operational environment. You’ll work independently within a small technical team, focusing on electrical systems alongside cooling, power, and building infrastructure, ensuring critical facilities operate safely and reliably.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out and oversee maintenance, repair and service work across critical data centre systems


• Support electrical switching operations


• Install and commission power and data cabling


• Handle customer remote-hands requests


• Perform regular inspection rounds of technical infrastructure


• Diagnose and resolve faults during live operation


• Participate in on-call rotation

Skills/Must Have:

• Completed apprenticeship/qualification in electrical engineering or a comparable field (e.g. Elektroniker, Elektriker, IT-Systemelektroniker, Elektroinstallateur, Mechatroniker)


• Basic IT skills, particularly MS Office


• Class B driving licence


• Fluent German and basic English
