In this key role, you will actively contribute to maintaining and developing the technical infrastructure of a globally leading company. You will be involved in daily maintenance and troubleshooting in a dynamic and technically demanding environment. If you have experience handling break-fix tickets and basic knowledge of server, network, and cabling technologies, we look forward to your application.

Responsibilities:

• Daily handling of Level 2 break-fix tickets in the data center
• Identifying sources of errors and implementing necessary corrective actions

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of server technology, networking, and cabling
• Experience with break-fix ticket processing
• Ability to identify error messages and quickly find solutions
• Experience with data center infrastructure (e.g., server racks) is a plus
• English language skills are required, as communication often takes place in English
• Willingness to work 100% on-site
• Solid experience in a data center or similar technical environment (minimum 6 months)
