Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Data Center Security Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations for the Frankfurt cluster. You will manage contract guards, handle incidents, support on-call responses, and ensure audit compliance with AWS policies.

The role requires experience in data center security, risk assessment, and cross‑team collaboration to protect personnel, information and assets while driving security improvements and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with other teams to protect AWS Data Center personnel, information and assets.
• Drive campaigns to reduce nuisance alarms.
• Experience with workflow ticketing and extraction of performance metrics.
• Investigate accidents, thefts, disturbances, discrepancies.
• Oversee physical security sub contractors that provide guards, electronic security systems, door construction, door repair, fencing, and access controls.
• Distill overarching security strategy into daily tactics to reach management goals.
• Oversee security construction projects.
• Teach others the proper security processes and methods.
