RxREVU, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Data Center / Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT infrastructure support in Frankfurt and Berlin.

You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, desktops, printers and network devices, ensuring stable end-user operations. The role requires rack-and-stack, cable management, remote coordination for incident resolution, OS setup, and strong communication to meet SLA expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Data Center support or Desktop Support role.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with rack & stack, cabling, and remote hands support.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, printers, and end-user device support.
• Ability to work in shifts and provide onsite support when required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite "hands and feet" support for Data Center operations and Desktop Support activities.
• Install, troubleshoot, and replace hardware components including servers, desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and network devices.
• Perform rack and stack activities, cable management, patching, labeling, and basic connectivity checks.
• Support server reboot, hardware diagnostics, and physical equipment inspection in the Data Center.
• Coordinate with remote technical teams for incident resolution and infrastructure maintenance.
• Handle OS installation, software configuration, user account support, and peripheral setup.
• Monitor tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA requirements.
• Maintain asset inventory and update documentation for hardware movements and changes.
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows environment, Office 365, VPN, and basic networking issues.
• Assist in IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) for IT equipment.
