We're hiring a Team Lead to build Holidu's new Marketing Analytics function from the ground up. You'll lead and mentor a small team of data analysts, build models such as attribution and bidding, and partner with senior marketing leadership to drive revenue growth across Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, affiliate and more.

Your future team

Within the Marketing Technology department, we are building a new Marketing Analytics team and are looking for a Team Lead to shape it from the ground up. You’ll work closely with a wide range of Marketing stakeholders, ensuring they have the data, tools, and insights they need to drive sustainable growth. Moreover, you will also collaborate with data scientists and data engineers within the department to build best in class analytical solutions.

Your role in this journey

You'll be building and leading a newly formed team of 2 Marketing Data Analysts, shaping how marketing analytics operates at Holidu from the ground up.

• Partner with senior marketing leadership on strategic projects, providing insights that influence channel strategy and budget decisions, and ultimately our revenue growth.
• Get hands-on with a wide range of marketing channels (Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, affiliate, and more), turning their logic into clear analytical questions and complex findings into insights both technical and commercial teams can act on.
• Conceptualize and build the analytical models that power key marketing decisions, from attribution to bidding logic to cost and revenue allocation, giving the team frameworks it can rely on instead of one-off analyses.
• Team up with Engineers on tracking, event design, and data flows, so the numbers everyone relies on stay accurate and trustworthy.
• Stay hands-on as an individual contributor (50% to start) while leading the team, diving into the details yourself whenever it counts.
• Coach and mentor your team day to day, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and analytical excellence.
• Shape the future of marketing analytics at Holidu by recruiting top talent, setting clear goals, and developing your team personally and professionally.

Your backpack is filled with

• 7+ years of data analytics experience, ideally in a B2B or B2C organization. You're an outstanding analyst who thrives on ambiguous, complex problems rather than clean, pre-defined ones. Marketing analytics experience is a plus, but not required.
• A track record of leading complex projects involving many stakeholders and competing opinions, and turning that complexity into clear alignment and momentum.
• A strategic mindset: you look beyond assigned topics, spot opportunities against wider business KPIs such as revenue, and drive the projects that close the gap.
• A collaborative mindset with proven experience communicating analytical findings to executive stakeholders and senior decision makers.
• Solid technical foundation in SQL and Python (or similar), enough to speak the language of data engineers and scientists, even though building pipelines or data models day to day is not part of this role.
• An AI-forward way of working. We already use AI across marketing analytics projects at Holidu, and we're looking for someone who works this way naturally and can bring the team along.
• People management experience is a plus. Mentorship gained through technical or project leadership counts just as much if formal people management is not yet on your CV.

This is the stack the engineers of your team are working with. While you need to bring a technical understanding to be able to lead projects effectively, you are not required to have experience with the full tech stack.
