Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a Data Analyst to support our business units and locations with targeted reports and data analyses to inform decision-making.

You will standardize the reporting landscape, replace decentralized solutions with SAP Analytics Cloud, and collaborate with an external partner to manage the data warehouse. You will own analytics projects end-to-end and help establish a data-driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Initial to several years of experience as a Data Analyst or in Data Analytics/BI
• Strong skills in data visualization, ideally with SAP Analytics Cloud or a comparable solution
• Experience in data modeling, data integration, data preparation, and data visualization
• Knowledge of ERP databases is desirable
• Experience in IT project work or as a key user
• Reliable, communicative, proactive, highly team-oriented, hands-on mentality, open to new approaches
• Independent, structured, analytical, pragmatic, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work closely with non-technical teams
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

• As a Data Analyst, you will coordinate the standardization of our reporting landscape and replace decentralized solutions with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Collaborate with our external consulting partner to further develop and administratively manage the data warehouse structure.
• Optimize and administer data flows between complex ERP data sources and the dashboards, and provide day-to-day support.
• Own data analytics projects in collaboration with project partners—from the initial business request, consulting, and prototype development through implementation to go-live.
• Contribute to the establishment of a data-driven corporate culture.
