Job summary

Cyber StrategiX sucht eine Führungskraft im Bereich Cybersecurity in München. Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte, setzen Zero-Trust-Konzepte um und leiten Architekturen, IAM-Lösungen sowie Sicherheitsstrategien.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden und Teams zusammen und treiben neue Services voran. Sie verfügen über 5–8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, starke Führungskompetenz sowie exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1).

Qualifications

• Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder verwandte Fachrichtung
• 5–8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Cybersicherheit, inkl. Zero-Trust
• Erfahrung in IAM, Azure AD, Zero Trust oder Sicherheitsarchitektur
• Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten und Managementerfahrung
• Sehr gutes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen in der Cybersicherheit
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und sicherheitsrelevanter Architektur
• Ausgeprägte analytische und lösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch/Englisch)
• Begeisterung für digitale Themen, Strategien und Prozesse
• Teamplayer, motiviert, flexibel, proaktiv
• Reisebereitschaft

Responsibilities

• Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte, Themen und Entwicklung im Bereich Cybersecurity
• Führung und strategische Beratung bei Konzeption, Design und Umsetzung von Sicherheitslösungen
• Sicherstellen von Milestones und Projektzielen
• Stakeholder-Kommunikation und Status-Meetings leiten
• Primärer Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Projektleitungen und Teammitglieder
• Beratung der Kunden im Cybersicherheitsfeld und Mitwirkung bei neuen Services
• Analyse komplexer Prozesse, besonders IAM
• Lösungsarchitektur und IT-Architektur entwerfen
• Aktive Mitwirkung an Neukundengewinnung
• Durchführung von IT-Sicherheitsaudits und Risikobewertungen
• Vorantreiben von Transformationsinitiativen im Cybersecurity-Bereich
• Verantwortung für interne Entwicklungsinitiativen

YOUR TASKS

• You assume overall responsibility for projects, key topics, and the company’s development within the field of cybersecurity
• You take on leadership and strategic responsibilities in the consulting, design, and implementation of cybersecurity solutions
• You ensure that defined milestones and project objectives are achieved
• You manage stakeholder communication and lead status meetings
• You serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, project leads, and team members, representing the team’s results externally
• You assess and advise our clients in the field of cybersecurity and contribute to the development of new services and topic areas
• You analyze complex processes and systems, particularly in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• You design solution concepts and IT architectures
• You actively contribute to new client acquisition efforts
• You conduct IT vulnerability assessments and risk evaluations of information security incidents and further develop internal security methodologies and standards
• You lead and support transformation initiatives in the field of cybersecurity
• You take responsibility for internal development initiatives aimed at expanding and strengthening our company

YOUR PROFIL

• You hold a strong to very strong completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related discipline
• You bring 5–8 years of professional experience in the field of cybersecurity, including the implementation of Zero Trust concepts and technologies
• Ideally, you have gained experience in Identity & Access Management, Azure AD, Zero Trust, and/or security architecture design
• You possess strong leadership capabilities and management experience
• You have a very strong understanding of business processes in the field of cybersecurity
• You have in-depth knowledge of networking as well as a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity-specific architectures and principles
• You demonstrate very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
• You are enthusiastic about digital topics, strategies, and processes
• You are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, and proactive
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and taking responsibility
• You are willing to travel
• You possess solid project management expertise
• You have excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
