You are the cybersecurity subject matter expert within our global Training & Awareness team. While your colleagues design communication campaigns, develop training formats, or deliver awareness sessions, you ensure that all content is built on a solid, up-to-date, and practical foundation. You identify emerging threats, trends, and regulatory developments relevant to Siemens Energy at an early stage and translate them into effective training and awareness concepts for our global workforce. You work closely with our global cybersecurity community, internal stakeholders, and Training & Awareness professionals, making a visible contribution to embedding cybersecurity as a core element of our corporate culture.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Act as the cybersecurity subject matter expert for content across the entire Training & Awareness team
  • Anticipate relevant cybersecurity trends, risks, and regulatory developments and translate them into targeted training and awareness initiatives
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all training and communication measures through review, guidance, and expert sparring
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative awareness and training formats and support their piloting or implementation across diverse audiences – from shopfloor employees to senior management
  • Support our Cybersecurity Officers and business functions with the design, scaling, and delivery of awareness initiatives
  • Drive the development of an integrated Human Risk reporting approach across all awareness channels and derive concrete improvement measures from the resulting insights
