You will manage initiatives via Jira and Confluence, align with external providers, and support the Global Head of Cyber Hygiene on strategic initiatives.

Qualifikationen

Cyber Hygiene Process & Governance Lead | Frankfurt

Our client is seeking a Cyber Hygiene Process & Governance Lead to own cross-departmental cyber hygiene processes, standards, and governance, including performance reporting and functional requirements for the cyber hygiene toolchain.

The role:

• Lead and continuously optimise the Cyber Hygiene Excellence area, including its processes and standards.
• Develop core processes across vulnerability management, patch management, secure configuration/hardening, and exposure management.
• Define KPIs, KRIs, and management/executive reporting, including decision papers.
• Define and prioritise functional requirements for the cyber hygiene toolchain.
• Plan and steer strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects, including external service providers.
• Manage initiatives and work packages via Jira and Confluence.
• Support the Global Head of Cyber Hygiene on strategic initiatives.

What you'll need:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, IT security, or comparable.
• Several years' experience in cyber security or IT, with hands-on exposure to vulnerability management, patch management, secure configuration, or exposure management.
• Track record building cross-organisational processes and leading complex initiatives.
• Experience managing interdisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile ways of working.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Regulated industry experience or certifications (CISM/CISSP/ITIL/Product Owner) advantageous.
• Fluent German and English required.
