Valeo is seeking a Customer Technical Director & Customer Office Manager (m/f/d) for Braunschweig. You will lead R&D activities, act as the main technical contact for OEM customers, and drive strategic initiatives in ADAS and Driving Automation domains.

You will oversee site operations at Braunschweig, align with global R&D, manage budgets, and foster collaboration across Product Lines, IT and Cyber Security teams.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in R&D development activities, preferably automotive or mobility tech.
• Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles (CTD, Technical Account Management, or R&D leadership).
• Experience with ADAS / Driving Automation domain is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing customer relationships at OEM level with budget responsibility.

• Act as the primary technical interface for the customer and manage RFx processes, pre-developments, and PoCs.
• Contribute to market and component strategy based on trends and roadmaps.
• Plan and run customer demos, Tech Days, and technical workshops at the Braunschweig site.

• Ensure Braunschweig site is fully operational, compliant, and aligned with the main site.
