Job Title

Company: Boeing Distribution Services ISC GmbH

Location: Norderstedt (Hamburg metropolitan area)

Responsibilities

• Provide internal customer support for the sale of consumables for the aviation industry.
• Look after an international customer base from order receipt to payment and ensure that the agreed services are fulfilled.
• Responsible for order processing and administration including regular deadline monitoring in daily coordination with materials management and the shipping departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate regularly with customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changes.
• Monitor returns and processing complaints round off your area of responsibility.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship.
• 2 years of professional experience in customer service in the aviation and/or wholesale & foreign trade sector.
• Good proven written and spoken English skills.

Desirable Qualifications (Optional)

• Initial experience with SAP or other ERP systems would be desirable.
• Proficiency with the MS Office package especially Excel.
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact and working independently.
