Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Billing:Learn the client's internal invoicing workflows to accurately process, track, and issue customer bills and payment records.
• Customer Support:Provide warm, clear, and professional support across inbound customer inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups via phone and email.
• General Operations Support:Take detailed meeting notes, maintain daily task lists, update system records, and handle ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
• Proactive Problem Solving:Take ownership of daily tasks, stay organized, and raise questions early to keep operations running smoothly without needing constant supervision.
