A logistics company in Berlin is looking for a Customer Support Manager to manage customer inquiries with a focus on B2B service excellence. The role involves handling package claims, working with an insurance partner, and improving customer processes. Candidates should have vocational training or a degree, with strong communication skills in both German (B2) and English (C1). This full-time position offers a hybrid work model and various employee benefits.

Our Customer Support team is responsible for handling written inquiries from our B2B customers and logistics your role as a Customer Support Manager you will focus on targeted responses to these inquiries. Additionally you will drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction offer professional and efficient service.
Flexible & Hybrid Work: Our office is at Alexanderplatz; we have a hybrid working model with flexible remote-office set-up and working hours. And if you wish you can work from almost anywhere for up to 2 months per year.
