Right now, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at KNIME in Berlin or Konstanz.*

Who you are

You are someone who thrives on building trust with customers and helping them get the most out of our product. You know how to listen closely, communicate clearly, and solve problems in a way that makes people feel supported. You’re empathetic but practical, with the ability to understand customer goals and translate them into action. You likely have experience in customer‑facing roles at a software company, ideally working with adoption, renewals, and growth. You are organized, resourceful, and comfortable collaborating with account managers and other KNIMErs to make sure customers succeed. Your excellent English and German language skills ensure effective communication.

That's the job

In this role, you’ll guide customers along their journey with KNIME, from first point of contact to adoption. You’ll be their go-to person for making sure they get real value from our solutions, whether that means answering a quick question, marshaling internal resources to solve a challenge, or identifying ways KNIME can support their broader goals. You’ll:

  • Identify and get in touch with potential customers.
  • Support customers through getting to know our products and KNIME and ideally adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple stakeholders within each account.
  • Partner with Account Managers to execute growth strategies for our customers.
