A technology company focused on food distribution seeks a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enhance vendor partnerships. In this role, you will manage post-sales relationships, support negotiations, lead onboarding, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in project management, strong communication skills, and is fluent in both German and English. This primarily in-office position is based in Berlin or Munich and offers a collaborative environment with a dedicated team.

Meet your team
Our Customer Success team at Choco strives to deliver value to vendors throughout the partnership lifecycle—from initial setup all the way to long-term growth. We digitise food service distributors with our AI technology and digital ordering solutions. With Choco AI, voicemail, email, and SMS orders are automatically processed into a vendor’s system within seconds, enabling them to run a more profitable and less wasteful business.
We are now looking for a CSM to support us in making our AI technology even more efficient and transforming our vendors’ operating processes.
Given the collaborative nature of our work (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in‑office role (3‑4 days) based in Berlin or Munich.
