The role involves planning automation solutions with customers, translating requirements into working workflows, and traveling to client sites on an initial 6-month contract with potential to go permanent.

You will interact with product and engineering teams, support project lifecycles, and generate documentation for large-scale systems within the life sciences automation landscape.

Customer Success Engineer - Life Science Automation - Frankfurt - Competitive Day Rate

Do you have life science experience working with laboratory automation? Do you have customer-facing experience? Are you looking for an exciting and unique challenge with a rapidly growing business?

Our client are a rapidly growing and different life science organisation who specialise in laboratory automation solutions for their customers. Operating with a range of clients, they work across drug development and discovery as well as diagnostics. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a 2 Customer Success Engineers to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with potential to go permanent.

• Working with customers to plan and establish solutions for their automation requirements
• Modifying scientific workflows into functioning solutions across a customer’s hardware and software needs
• Visiting customers across the Frankfurt area and surrounding areas
• Supporting the project lifecycle for clients and supplying technical specifications and custom solutions
• Working as a connection between the pre-sales and delivery teams
• Operating closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements
• Generating documentation for large scale systems

To be considered for the role you will have:

• Experience in life sciences customer facing positions
• Experience solving automation challenges within the lab
• Experience using Python
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
• Proven success in customer-facing environment within the life science automation sector
• Be used to travelling to client sites
• Experience with benchtop lab equipment such as Liquid Handling and plate readers.
• Experience with engineering automated solutions
• Experience with software platforms and laboratory systems
• Prior experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)
