We are looking for a German- and English Speaking Freelance Customer Success Agent to join our global Customer Success Team in Berlin. The role is a Freelance Part time position with the responsibility to contribute to the customer experience for our core market Germany, and supporting our smaller markets across all channels, on a flexible schedule. Our customers are one of our most important stakeholder groups and an essential influence in our Readly journey, and the Customer Success Agent is responsible for supporting our customers throughout their lifecycle in the respective territory.
