iwoca is looking for a Customer Service Advisor located in Brandenburg, Germany. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and assisting with loan applications. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, is organized, and possesses excellent communication skills in German and English. The position offers a salary range of €30K – €38K, a hybrid work environment, and benefits such as vacation days, mental health support, and a learning budget.

The Role

Customer Service Advisors are the first point of contact for potential, new, and existing customers. You will manage inbound calls, emails and web chats, support entrepreneurs with inquiries, applications, and repeat loans, and represent the face of iwoca.

Your Mission

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by handling inquiries via phone, email or web chat promptly and efficiently.
• Answer questions about products, the application process and overall service for both new and existing customers.
• Assist entrepreneurs in completing applications and providing the necessary documents for a credit decision.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve the best outcome for customers.
• Proactively provide insights on customer feedback and opportunities to improve processes or new offerings from competitors.

Requirements

• Passionate about customer centricity and achieving success with clients.
• Completed commercial training or business studies (e.g., kaufmännische Ausbildung / betriebswirtschaftliches Studium) and possess relevant experience in customer service, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Highly motivated, organized, a true team player with a hands‑on mentality.
• Excellent communication skills; high‑quality German language and good understanding of English.
• Independent, team‑oriented and reliable way of working.

Compensation

Compensation Range: €30K – €38K
