Manage national and international customer orders and accounts
Act as the interface between customers and the company
Coordinate the services, pick‑ups and exports with transport service providers
Receive and ship goods in compliance with quality and safety standards
Use ERP and CRM systems
Support general office administration and organization
Collaborating closely with Medix Biochemica HQ in Finland and other sites around the world
Experience in customer service and order management or equivalent tasks
Knowledge of packaging, shipping, and cargo practices
Strong IT and system skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluency in German and English
Work in an international environment but in a small and well‑functioning local team
