Location: Lisbon On-site

Start Date: 8 January 2026

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 8 hour shifts

Days Off: 2 rotative days

Languages Required: French C1 + English C1 (Solid C1 proven by Harver English assessment)

Type of Contract: CDD 6 months

Welcome Bonus: 1.000 euros

Your Role

As a Customer Service Specialist for the Payment Solutions Account, you will:

  • Provide professional support to users of digital payment services.
  • Manage customer queries and resolve issues across email and chat.
  • Ensure adherence to service levels and high-quality responses at every interaction.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to resolve technical and general inquiries.
  • Document cases accurately and provide timely follow-ups until resolution.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction metrics throughout the case journey.
  • Work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including nights.
Requirements
  • Fluent French C1
  • Solid English C1
  • Minimum 6 Months Of Experience In Customer Service
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts)
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Valid work permit for Portugal (no visa sponsorship)
