Shifts: Monday to Saturday including bank holidays between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)

Days Off

Sunday 1 rotational day off per week

Salary & Compensation

Base Salary: 1100 per 14 months

Performance Bonus: 225 per 12 months

Position Bonus (Braga only): 20 per 12 months

Allowances & Benefits

Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day

Transport Allowance: 20 per month

Health Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required) free after 6 months

Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist youll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. Youll handle inquiries manage reservations resolve technical issues and ensure every interaction aligns with the companys high standards of service and professionalism.

Who You Are

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)

Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools

Skilled in communication and multitasking
