We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Team Lead to lead our onboarding and implementation efforts. This role ensures new customers achieve fast reliable Time‑to‑Value while maintaining a scalable delivery model. The Manager owns the people processes and capacity of the Team working closely with Vertical Leads to refine vertical‑specific rollout playbooks.
Fluent in German (C2) to effectively support our German customer base and a good command of English.
