What are we looking for?

• Education : Industrial Engineering, preferably with a major in Mechanics.
• Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in the aerospace or automotive sector, with solid knowledge in mechanical design and production process development.
• Tools : Advanced proficiency in CAD tools, especially CATIA V5.
• Languages : Negotiation level (minimum B2) of English and German, both spoken and written. Technical vocabulary mastery in German is a strong plus.
• Skills :

Ability to apply engineering knowledge and mechanical design in the development of production processes.

• Skill in planning and managing tasks, both internally and in relation to client milestones.
• Proactivity in continuous improvement and productivity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate technical meetings and collaborate closely with the client, evaluating their needs and developing technical proposals.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation.
• Availability to provide assistance at client facilities when necessary.
• Strong commercial profile, with the ability to strategically focus technical knowledge.

• Prepare all technical documentation required by the client.

• Act as the main reference and company contact in Hamburg, supporting the technical office in Vigo.
