Zusammenfassung

KLA is seeking a Customer Applications Engineer for our Dresden, Germany office to support European semiconductor customers. You will drive process optimization, collaborate with internal teams, and help adopt MACH Analytics software across lithography and metrology workflows.

Your role involves on-site customer engagement, developing product applications, performing tests, and delivering training to enable value realization and ongoing product adoption.

Qualifikationen

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry with a focus on lithography.
  • Hands-on experience with exposure tools preferred.
  • University degree in Engineering, Physics or another relevant natural science discipline.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~25%).
  • Nice to have Python programming skills.

Aufgaben

  • Advise and support customers on process optimization and structural improvements in lithography and metrology departments.
  • Use MACH Analytics software to address customer challenges and improve manufacturing performance.
  • Collaborate on-site with customers to evaluate and validate new software modules.
  • Develop and implement product applications for MACH Analytics software to deliver maximum customer value.
  • Support new product introductions, including characterization, alpha/beta testing, and pilot tools during factory startup phases.
  • Create feature requirements, design test plans, and publish results; transfer knowledge to Field Applications teams.
  • Conduct demonstrations and technical training for customers and internal teams.
