My client is a leading digital platform in the German market and one of the country’s largest online comparison services. In the area of consumer loans, they have been offering fast, transparent, and fully digital access to credit products from over 300 partner banks for more than a decade. Every day, thousands of customers begin their credit application journey via the platform, supported by an experienced team offering honest, professional advice without cold calling.

To strengthen their growing credit advisory division, they are looking for a Team Leader who will not only manage a high-performing sales team but also actively contribute to its development and long-term success.

Main Tasks
  • Lead the professional and disciplinary management of a dedicated credit advisory team.
  • Drive team and individual performance through structured coaching, feedback, and ongoing development.
  • Ensure smooth and effective onboarding of new team members through structured plans and hands‑on support.
  • Analyze performance data (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and implement tailored development measures.
  • Stay close to the day-to-day operations by conducting customer consultations yourself (all inbound – no cold calling).
  • Play a key role in recruiting new team members and shaping the structure and growth of the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the further development of the sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in telephone or digital sales, ideally within the financial or banking sector.
  • Proven initial leadership experience (technical or disciplinary) in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to foster a motivated and positive team culture.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mentality with a focus on results and ownership.
  • Confident in using data and KPIs for decision‑making and performance management.
  • Fluent German language skills (at least C1) and good English proficiency are required.
