We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Commercial Hematology‑Oncology team in Munich, Germany. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our National Sales Director and Key Account Management by managing rebate claims, stock loss compensation, and contracting administration. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our cutting‑edge portfolio in hematology and oncology while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive impactful results. Typical Day might include the following:
  • Monitoring, controlling, and administering monthly rebate claims for over 500 German hospitals.
  • Managing yearly stock loss claims and compensation for direct buying customers, including hospitals and wholesalers.
  • Overseeing price‑volume contracts in collaboration with Key Account Management and the Commercial Operations Team.
  • Coordinating the integration of new products into account management systems.
  • Acting as the internal point of contact for communication with logistics partners and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting national account management initiatives and contributing to strategic development.
  • Assisting in IT system migrations and further developments for international alignment.
  • Collaborating with international teams on trade, pricing, and other key projects.

To Be Considered:

To qualify for this role, you must have a business degree (a life sciences degree is a plus) or equivalent experience in lieu and at least 5 years of progressive professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Prior experience in hematology and/or oncology, as well as expertise in controlling, customer contracting, or account management, is highly desirable.
