Zusammenfassung

UPS France recherche un Operations Associate pour soutenir la logistique des cellules et thérapie génique dans le réseau Marken et UPS, en CDI. Vous assurerez les tâches opérationnelles quotidiennes liées aux commandes Cryoshipper et à la préparation des emballages durables.

Vous travaillerez selon les procédures internes, gérerez la documentation d’expédition, la traçabilité et le contrôle des stocks, tout en veillant à la sécurité et à la conformité. Autonomie et sens du détail recommandés.

Aufgaben

• Travailler selon les directives internes.
• Préparer et emballer les colis pour Cell & Gene shipments selon procédures.
• Générer et compléter la documentation associée à l'emballage.
• Soutenir les Opérations Cell & Gene avec la réservation des expéditions dans Marken Maestro.
• Préparation de la documentation d'exportation lorsque nécessaire.
• Contrôle des stocks et conformité avec Asset Panda.
• Inspection de l'emballage et maintenance préventive selon procédures internes.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Work according to internal guidelines


• Processing and Preparing packaging (shippers) for Cell & Gene shipments in accordance with company procedures.


• Generate and fill out of specific documentation associated with packaging


• Supporting Cell & Gene Operations with booking shipments into Marken Maestro


• Preparation of shipment export documentation where required


• Inventory stock control and compliance with Asset Panda


• Inspection of packaging and preventive maintenance activities according to internal procedures, including NER testing and arranging re-calibration of loggers.


• Support/Arrange the Placement of durable packaging (Controlled temperature shippers & LN2 Dry shippers), equipment (GPS tracking devices, Temperature monitors) and ensure that are according to Cell & Gene project specifications-COPs or SOPs.


• Support Cell & Gene Operations with return logistics for reusable packaging and or equipment


• Support Cell & Gene Operations retrieving temperature monitor / device data and uploading to Maestro system ensuring client’s requirements have been met


• Support Cell & Gene Lead with chain of custody and identity control through preparation and coordination of associated documentation or systems


• Ensure Marken’s Maestro system performance compliance with all necessary data entry and confirmation of key milestones (departure, arrival, customs clearance, etc.) for all Cell & Gene shipments

• To adhere to all company Policies at all times.


• To undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager.
