Salary & Benefits
  • 1500 x 14 salary
  • Relocation from outside Portugal:
    • Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months
    • Monthly rent 280, all utilities included (deducted directly from payslip)
  • Remote work model (must be based in mainland Portugal)
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00/17:00

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
  • Provide professional guidance on cruise packages and destinations
  • When appropriate, offer package upgrades or alternative options
  • Deliver pre‑booking and post‑booking customer support
  • Assist travel agencies with booking management
  • Inform customers about documentation, prices, ships, destinations and related topics

  • Any background in sales (retail, call centre, tourism, e‑commerce, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a problem‑solving approach
  • Comfortable using digital tools
